I rode bikes with my son to school (14.50 miles roundtrip). I swam a mile in about 50-minutes. Yesterday, I ran a 5k and doned a wetsuit to swim in a lake. Click here for the details.

Yesterday started with a 14.5 mile bike ride. At 7:00 am, I rode bikes with my son to school. It is 7.25 miles from our door to the school. He walked into the school and I turned around and rode the 7.25 miles home.

Last night, after class I went for a short swim. I swam from 8-8:20. In that 20-minutes, I swam 850 yards. I swam just shy of a half-mile. I was just swimming a nice and easy pace. I usually feel like I am attacking the water and flailing about. Last night, I actually felt like I was gliding through the water. I wasn't out of breath or even breathing heavy when I finished my swim.

It would suck to be Ric Flair or Hulk Hogan. Seriously.

Those two guys define pro-wrestling over the past 25 years. Hulk Hogan transcends wrestling. He starred in movies. He had his own TV show. He has had a couple of reality TV series. He is a multi-millionaire known all over the world.

Ric Flair is the consumate wrestler. A "true" wrestling fan will cite Ric Flair as one of their favorites or influences. Ric Flair is a multi-millionaire that has headlined main events on PPV for more than two decade.

Stardom comes with a price. Ric Flair has been married two or three times now. His divorce settlements have cost him most of his life's earnings. This past week, his youngest son was arrested for possession of heroin and driving with a suspended license.

Hulk Hogan is going through a very public divorce and is losing millions of dollars. He was married for 20+ years and all of that is gone now. His son, Nick was in a car accident that paralyzed his best friend. Nick spent over a year in jail.

Seriously, is it worth it to be considered one the greatest wrestlers of your generation if you lose EVERYTHING in the process?
