The boy's football season is over. It finished on a disappointing note. The team lost the final game 21-12, missing out on a share of the conference title. The boy did some good things. This was his second season at quarterback. Here are his highlights:

We are halfway through the high school and middle school football season. Beastie Mattis has put together back-to-back amazing performances at quarterback. In the past 6 quarters he is: 17 of 23 passing for 311 yards, 4 TDs and 0 turnovers. He also has two rushing TDs in that time. He is looking more relaxed and at ease in the pocket. I am proud of him and the progress he is making.
A few weeks ago, we took a break and saw a movie. We saw Premium Rush. It wasn't the worst film I have seen this year. That is about all I have got.
