Star Wars
We are less than 2 weeks away from Star Wars Episode III. I can't wait. Mini-Omega has developed quite an interest in Star Wars. I think he knows more about the series than I do. He has watched the original trilogy probably 2 dozen times. He has watched episode I & II about a dozen times. He has the Clone Wars cartoon series 20 + times. He begs to play Battlefront and Lego Star Wars on the playstation. He wants to make his own Star Wars film. He keeps asking how many days until May 19th. He is a little excited.
Wrestling
I feel compelled to at least mention wrestling. Okay, that is out of the way. Seriously though, I am SO physically exhausted that it goes beyond words. Over the weekend, Mini-Omega asked when I plan to wrestle again. I told him - "We will address that after football season."
Football
After being embarrassed a week ago, we look to redeem ourselves. On Saturday, we travel to Pittsburgh to face a solid veteran team. I am not looking forward to the bus trip. The game should be fun.

Wrestling can be a cruel business. The desire to perform takes a wicked physical toll. Here is an INCOMPLETE list of wrestlers who have passed away since I entered pro-wrestling in 1999. I did not include wrestlers that lived a full life. Wrestlers like Lou Thesz and Freddie Blassie (among others) were able to grow old.
