The downside to relying on other people is that you are invariably let down... anyways, summer vacation has began for MO (Mini-Omega). MO has been asking for more challenging workout. We are going to do our best to challenge him mentally and physically this summer. He will not spend his summer sitting in front of the TV or playing video games.

Last night, MO (Mini-Omega) got his first taste as a little league pitcher. In one inning of work, he allowed 1 hit, 2 walks, 1 earned run, and recorded 3 strikeouts. It took him a while to find his stride. Nine of his final 10 pitches were strikes. Offensively, he was 1 of 1 hitting, with two walks, 6 stolen bases, and 1 run scored.

It has been brought to my attention that some of my email addresses have not been functioning properly for the past week or so. Apparently, my provider switched some settings without notifying me... Nice.
I lost anything sent through this website. I think, all accounts are operational.

Julia Nunes is exploding on YouTube. Her CD, "Left Right Wrong" is Fan-freaking-tas-tic. "Into the Sunshine" is thus far my favorite song.
Let's face it, Julia Nunes is smoking hot in a dorking girl next door way. She is blond. She is young. She has a sense of humor. She laughs at herself and has fun. God bless her.

Football has been active for the past several weeks. We attended a Central State University spring football practice. We attended a football coaches clinic at University of Charleston. We attended the Ohio University spring football game.
I posted a new video of MO's (Mini-Omega) speed and agility training. He needs to get better control of his upper body. He is still a little too loose up top. His feet are coming along. His feet are pretty much where they need to be for his age.
I have said it before, I will say it again, the kid is driven. He spent well over an hour working on hurdles the other night on his own.
April was a busy month.
