Click here for a lengthy - non-wrestling related - update. Well, actually I do mention wrestling... ehh... whatever.

I would to send out props to one of my former Central Ohio Lions teammates, Robert Redd who is currently in Philadelphia Eagles training camp battling for a roster spot. Rob was a final day cut of the Colts in 2003. He ridiculously talented. It was amazing to watch him do his thing.

Cyrus, Natasha, and Tommy Chill are trying to steal my gimmick. Crying uncontrollably after watching heinous action is mine! Get your own schtick. I can neither confirm nor deny that these photos were taken during Shank Dorsey's latest match.

I picked up the WWE "Stars of the 80's" 3-DVD set. It is amazing, I sat and watched the biographies. I watched the matches. I highly enjoyed the DVD. Yet, I have ZERO desire to watch the current WWE product. I have not turned on Raw or SmackDown in the past year. That is a trend that I do not think will change any time soon.

This questions sums up my frustration level; when was the last time a WWE PPV main event had a clean finish? To state the question in a more precise manner, when was the last time (not including cage/gimmick matches) WWE delivered a PPV main event that lacked:

1) ref bump
2) foreign object (chair, table, announce table, belt shot, etc)
3) run-in (outside interference)
When was the last time a WWE PPV main event had a clean finish? If someone can send me the answer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Football two-a-days started this morning. I have a nice farmer's tan. Good times. Mental note, sunscreen *might* be of value.

Weekend in Louisville 2005.08.01
I had a very busy weekend. We spent the weekend in Louisville, Kentucky. On Friday evening, we played Laser Tag. That was a blast. On Saturday, we visited the Louisville Slugger Museum. Then, we headed over to the Children's Science Museum. From there we headed to Papa John's / Cardinal Stadium to watch the NWFA Championship game between the Detroit Demolition and the Pensacola Power.

Detroit defeated my team (Sizzle) 76-0 in the regular season. This was the championship game. This pitted the best against the best. Detroit won 74-0. They had 2 other touchdowns called back on penalties. It could have easily been 100 to nothing. We (Sizzle) were not a bad team. Detroit is just that good.

On Sunday, we hit the pool for a bit before heading to the Louisville Zoo. We saw all sorts of excitement including 2 100 pound turtles engaged in "adult relations". That was disturbing.

Shank Dorsey wrestled over the weekend... Bwahahahahahahaha. I am sure it was a 5-star classic. Shank makes Mick Foley look like body-builder.
