Training:
I trained at Fire and Ice Wrestling School in Columbus, Ohio.
The (physical, in ring, media) training lasted nearly one year.
In September of 2000, I was honored as the first ever graduate of the FIW School.
In September of 2001, I began to further hone my skills under the direction former NWA World Champion Harley Race in Eldon Missouri.
I also participated in regular in-ring workouts as well as wrestling on live events with Heartland Wrestling Association in Cincinnati Ohio between May and September of 2002.
At the time, Les Thatcher's HWA was a WWE developmental territory.
Wrestling Style:
My in-ring style is usually referred to as 'old school'.
I generally focus on technical wrestling without too much "punch - punch - kick".
I grew up watching the likes of Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, and Tully Blanchard. I like to pick a body part and go to work.
Wrestling is at its best when it is treated as a sport.
