Because I am tired... that is why. It has been awhile since I did this... so here you go... here is a snapshot of a day in the life of "The Omega" Mark Mattis:
04:45 am - alarm clock goes off
05:10 am - morning workout
06:10 am - shower, get dressed, get kids dressed
07:10 am - leave for office (eat breakfast while driving)
08:25 am - arrive at office
04:30 pm - leave office (eat lunch while driving)
05:30 pm - arrive at football practice
08:30 pm - leave football practice
09:00 pm - eat dinner
09:30 pm - bathe the babies
10:10 pm - put babies in bed
10:15 pm - wash dishes
10:30 pm - shower
10:45 pm - go to bed
REPEAT
So, if I seem cranky.. ehh... moreso... you get it...

There are times that wrestling is fun. There are other times when you think, "why the fudge am I doing this?" Guess which category Saturday fell into? We all have our good days and ouyr bad days. For me, Saturday was a bad day. Nothing I did in the ring was right. It was awful. I took a chair to the head, another shot to the back, and 3 shots to my left knee.
Some four hours later, I got home and arrived at a conclusion - I am not 22 years old any more. I am 32. On Saturday night, I felt every bit of 50. Now I know how Bull Miller feels when he wakes up every morning and it stinks.
Well, that isn't completely true. I don't know how Bull Miller feels. My pain is slowly going away. Bull Miller looks in the mirror and rediscovers pain. Bull Miller watches Riot Squad matches and experiences greater pain. Bull Miller answers the telephone and listens to Chris Cruit's voice... that is a high - high level of pain.

Well, if you take a glance at the schedule below, you will see that I have 20 days of football related activities in the month of August. The schedule does not take into account my son's practice schedule.
I am going to
try to continue wrestling through football season. I am the IWA U.S. Champion. I need to defend the title or I could fall victim to the dreaded "30-day" clause and have the title stripped.
As a general rule, if you start a new job and don't know anyone - the first person who attempts to befriend you is probably the last person you should hang out with. See, that freak has alienated everyone in the office and has no real friends. You as the new person do not know any better... anyway... the moral of the story is "stay away from nice people."
