I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving Day!
Wednesday, I met Cyrus Poe at the IWA Gym in Grandview for a brief workout. As it turned out, we were in luck... Elliot Michaels, 1/2 of the IWA Tag Team Champions was at the gym. We coerced him into working out with us. This was the second time in the past week that I have spent a major amount of time in the ring. I feel pretty good about the workouts. I am starting to regain some confidence.

Thursday, I slept in until 7:30 am. Wohoo! I drank about a pot of coffee as I finished a season on NCAA Football 2004. Sweet.

Then, I went for a 2 mile run in the cold and rain. After running, I changed into some dryer clothes and headed to my gym. Yesterday was biceps / triceps day. Oh yeah, dinner with my family was excellent.

Today... I am really sore. My legs ache from the run. My back is sore from bumping in the IWA gym ring. My biceps and triceps are fatigued for lifting.

Bruce "the lazy-arse ref" took several pictures at the IWA Night of Champions. If he ever gets off of his butt and sends them to me, I will post them.

IWA Night of Champions has come and gone. It was a VERY long night for the Omega. I am wiped out. Ivan Koloff doesn't look a day over 75. He can still work. The crowd loved to hate him. Click here for my thoughts on last nights event.

Sunday, November 16th
Practice field, Washington Courthouse, OH - Central Ohio Lions.

I have enjoyed the past 2 weekends of peace and tranquility. Now, it is time to get back to work. No retreat. No surrender. By the way, a couple of new photos have been added to the media section of the website.
