There are times when...
There are times when I seriously consider returning to wrestling. I miss hanging out with the guys. I miss getting in the ring. I miss the noise of the crowd. Then... then... I read stories like this - article. I know Andre. I have been on cards with him. He is HIV positive and climbing in the ring having blood matches. This is a scary/sad situation.
Similarly, Ohio indy-wrestler Chip Fairway passed away. He was 38 years old, married, and had 3 kids. I never knew Chip personally. I saw him wrestle on one of the Pillman Memorial Shows around 2000. Again, this is just a sad and scary situation. (article)

Ugh... part 2
The boy had a soccer tournament in Cincinnati. On Saturday, it started to thunder 5-minutes before his games was supposed to start. We stayed on a thunder delay for almost 3.5 hours before being told the game would start in 2 hours. When the game started, it was a blood-letting. The opposing team won 8-0. Today, they played a second game in the tournament, they lost 6-0. Nothing like spending your whole weekend in the car to watch your kid and his teammates get their collective teeth kicked in.

Ugh...
Feeling really, really craptastic. I went to bed at 8:45pm last night. Slept until 6 this morning. Tried to get up and get ready for work. At 6:30, I gave up and went back to bed. Slept until 11:00am. Had a bowl of soup - went back to bed. Got up around 3:00pm. Still have an amazing headache, ache everywhere, and have a sore throat.

Working Hard
Here is some recent footage of my son's workout routine. This is an example of one day's worth of work.
