So much for the glimmer of hope. But, alas life goes on. Life charges on at full speed. I am happy to report that I have been doing a fair amount of conditioning. I worked out heavily in each of the past few weeks. The intensity is returning to my lifting program. I feel good. Wrestling is in my thoughts more now than it has in a long time.
I want to congratulate Charlie Haas of Team Angle for picking up some gold on WWE SmackDown!. It is hard to believe that it only last Summer that I found myself squaring off against Charlie Haas in an HWA ring. He is the definition of the word intense. He is an unbelievable athlete. He worked hard and paid his dues. Now, he is receiving his just reward. Congratulations Charlie!

I have been on extended hiatus from wrestling in large part due to a family situation. There is an ever so slim glimmer of hope.
There may be a light at the end of the tunnel. If there is ANY good news. I will post it here. I do not like to post anything before it is a set in concrete fact.
So... hang tight. Check back in a week. If things come thorugh as planned - it will be posted. Cross your fingers.

It has been a few months since I stepped in the ring. The phone is still ringing with various promoters calling to check in on me.
It is nice to know that others (fans and promoters) are still thinking about me. If I have already danced my final dance, I can walk away happily.
I accomplished more in the past 3 years than I initially intended. I met wonderful people. I had some unforgettable experiences.
