For those of us who are very diet conscious... the new Detour protein bar is good. The new Zone Perfect nutrition bar is flat out awesome. It is about half the size of a protein bar with twice as much flavor / taste. Mmmm...

Looking back...
I haven't had anything to report on the wrestling news front in quite some time. So, I thought it might be a nice change of pace to look back at the history of "The Omega". Here are a couple of events from THIS WEEK in history...

2001
2001.07.08 - The IWA turned it up a notch last night. I can honestly say that was far and away the best effort I have seen put forth. Additionally, I picked up the Internet Championship from The Holy Man.

2001.07.05 - I returned to the NWA for two wonderful shows. It is a great place to work. Congratulations to Fabulous Frederick of Hollywood on capturing the NWA Wv/Oh title.

Happy Independence Day! Ok, so I am a few days early. Odds are I won't post again this week.

I have nothing of value to say. I know what you are thinking, "How is that any different than normal?" Ha-ha. You guys are sooo funny. So today is link-a-poluza! Here are links to some of local wrestlers...
• Fabulous Frederick of Hollywood - He had the best dye job on the indy circuit until a tragic conditioner accident.
• Carlton Kaz - He has nice boots.
• Jeremy Madrox - A ring vet at 18 years of age.
• Bruce the ref - He is color blind and drives a soccer-mom-style-minivan.
• DDK - He hates everything. Seriously. It is not a gimmick. He hates the sun. He hates rain. He hates most women. He hates all men. I can't really call him a friend. I don't think he has any friends.
