Monday is leg day. I continue to prepare for my in-ring return to action. The emphasis is on endurance. Here is a look at what we did at 5AM this morning:
4x25 standing lunges
3x10 315lb box squat
3x10 160lb quad extension
3x50 jump rope
150 standing squats

3x20 lunges
15x10 dips
15x10 70lb curls
3x3 skull crushers with 40, 50, and 65lbs dumbbells
3x3 bicep curls with 45, 55, and 65lbs dumbbells
1x21 curls with straight bar 95lbs
1x43 dips

On Saturday, June 24 2006 I will return to the world of pro-wrestling. This is a
one night only return to action. I am excited to help raise money for a community youth athletic program. This should be a tremendous event.
Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA) has graciously agreed to help raise money for the Jamestown Youth Football program.

The event will take place at Athletes in ActionŐs World Training & Resource Center on the Legacy Ministries Campus in Xenia, Ohio. The Night of Champions will feature the special presentation of the Athletes in Action Hall of Faith Award. Projected to be one of the marquee events in Ohio this year, the Night of Champions features CBS Basketball Analyst and PacersŐ Color Commentator, Clark Kellogg.
