First off - I need to say THANK YOU to Heartland Wrestling Association for their time and effort. Thank you HWA for supporting the Jamestown Youth Football program. HWA is genuinely one of the top 5 or 10 'indy' promotions in the nation. HWA delivered a quality-wrestling card for the Jamestown community. Thank you.

Second, I want to thank all of the fans that attended the event. The crowd was rowdy and loud all night long. This is the first time an event like this has taken place in Jamestown. Jamestown is a community of around 1,200 people. On Saturday night, we put a little better than 200 fans in the gym. That was okay. Thank you all for coming out to support a community program. The funny thing is - I know that we can do better.

Third, I need to thank the Jamestown Youth Football program for thinking 'outside of the box'. All of the soccer, volleyball, baseball, and etc programs tend to do the same fundraisers. We did something completely different that has never been done in Jamestown before.

Moving along...

Sharkboy was a big hit with the crowd. Sharkboy took pictures and signed autographs at intermission. Mini-Mattis got his picture taken with Sharkboy. As it turns out, Mini-Mattis was a big hit among the other children since 'his dad was going to wrestle'.

The main event featured Sharkboy and me in tag team action against HWA Tag Team Champions Foreign Intelligence ("High IQ" Quinten Lee and Ala Hussein) with Patrick Black and Kara Kildare.

The main event ended up going a shade over 20-minutes. The crowd was extremely loud throughout. In the end, I was able to pedigree Ala Hussein in the middle of the ring and score a pin fall victory! The gym erupted as Sharkboy and I held the HWA Tag Team titles up in the air.

...

Wouldn't it break great if everything ended there?

...

But, Patrick Black got on the mic and informed everyone that it had been a NON-title match. Quinten Lee wanted the belts and emphatically demanded that we "let them have it"...

So, we let them have it. We nailed them with the belts... laid them out... and left.

Oh yeah, Cyrus Poe is a (big surprise) jerk.
