As an 8-year-old child I first got hooked on pro-wrestling. I was awed by the drama and the brutality. Ever since then, pro-wrestling has flowed into and out of my life.
The past decade has been an amazing roller coaster ride. I graduated from college. I witnessed the birth of four beautiful and unique children. I entered pro-wrestling school. In the past decade, I have met some great people. I have met some awful people.
These days, many of my posts are about the exploits of my son and not about in-ring adventures. So, here you go. A post about wrestling. With my in-ring future doubtful, I would like to say "THANK YOU" to the various promoters, wrestlers, managers, referees, and fans that have made the past decade so much fun.
"The most potent way for me to tap into my own spirituality is through gratitude. Gratitude for any situation whether it was a pleasurable one or a difficult one. Because ultimately, they were all opportunities for me to grow up. There is a sense of humility. It is like a prayer to me. Prayers of appreciation are the highest form of prayer."
