"The Angry Black Man" Damien Kass, Tommy Chill, Cyrus Poe, Scott "Snake" Hoover, and I worked on a couple of new Faberville projects. It is my first time in wrestling gear in quite awhile. It was the first time I had seen some of the guys in probably a year or more.

At one time or another, both Chill and Cyrus called me fat. They were right. I am carrying more flab now than normal. But, to keep things in perspective - the photo to the right was taken yesterday morning. This my "fat" picture. No sense in hiding from it. It is what it is...

I am not flexing. I am not tan. I was still half-asleep getting through my 5 AM workout. It aint pretty.

After being called fat by someone who once weighed over 400 pounds, I decided I should lean out a bit. I am cleaning up my diet. I am doing a bit more cardio. I am making better choices.

As a bit of side news, I removed my name from consideration as an assistant football coach at the high school. I will have too much on my plate this fall. I cannot commit 6 days per week to coaching.
