I continued my movie viewing habits this weekend. I picked up a few new movies on DVD. I watched "The Toxic Avenger, III" and "Cannibal! The Musical". "The Toxic Avenger, III" was okay. As is the case with most sequels, it couldn't live up to the original.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone must be borderline on genius. "Cannibal! The Musical." was terrific. The story of Alfred Packer comes to life. I am big fan of pretty much everything Matt and Trey produce. This movie was no exception.

"The sky is blue, the grass is green, and the air is as warm as baked potato, I think I know exactly what I mean..."

Speaking of potatoes. My couch potato existence is coming to a close. I visited the gym last night. My chest work out went as well or better than expected. The Stairmaster sucked big ones. Tonight, I will focus back and cardio. I will do short and intense cardio just about every night this week.

It is time to get back to work. It is time to get the party started.
