2/11/02

- 7:00 a.m. - get ready for work
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - work
I am tired. I am sore. I am happy. Next time, I will probably get a motel on the way home. That part was rough. Waking up this morning to go to the gym was pretty rough too. But, if this is what it takes to improve ... if this is what is takes to make it to the next level ... well, even if I don't make it to "the next level" - no regrets. I never want to look (20 years from now) back on wrestling and think, "Gosh, if only I would have been a bigger, or stronger, or more fluid in the ring"
